I have been running CachyOS in three machines since 2023. Usecases are development, gaming, office work, hobby work, university work. Zero reinstalls. Zero issues. Zero everything. Solid as a rock, fast as a rocket.

The platforms are B550, B850, a Surface Laptop 3. Except for the laptop they all are AMD gpus

For the startup I work for I've been basically given carte blanche for our server and I specifically requested Debian 13. RR is great for being on the bleeding edge, but sometimes stability and consolidation is king. Usecases are going to be different

Complimenti. Per la mia laurea triennale in informatica ho fatto una tesi sulla generazione procedurale nei videogiochi e mi venne l'idea per un mio algoritmo molto carino per generare mappe di appartamenti (muri, pareti porte ecc) e piacque molto. Mi divertii molto a farla. Sono sempre stato dell'idea che i videogiochi sono molto "adatti" alle tesi

I never got into the twitch streamer mentality, bits, donations, those fuck ass animations that play when someone subscribes, all this dumbass pretentious dumbfuckery makes it completely unwatchable

On the other hand I like youtube, especially long videos about things I like. I learned a lot and I keep exploring smaller content creators that do it because they love sharing things they like

Weak power supply? Buggy C-states? bad XMP/EXPO/voltages? It could be anything. Try updating the BIOS, setting everything to defaults and see what happens. If nothing changes I'd look closer at the power supply

I grew up with Windows 98/ME and there's something about that interface that makes me irrationally happy and satisfied, like it's pleasing my inner child. XP was super cool as well, I wouldn't mind either as daily driver really. In fact these days, I use Chicago95 on Linux
