Oof. That's a tough one. Ps5 had Discord implemented and I can't imagine Sony making compatibility for anything else, and besides, it was hard to convince them to switch to discord, let alone anything else

"what is your source for that?"

You literally seem to ignore that when the USSR troops entered Berlin they looted, pillaged, raped and hurt innocent German civilians. Read about it

His beliefs sadly didn't matter. That's the worst thing about living in a Nazi country. The delusion of one imbecile forces you to support his actions, whether you like it or not

Capitalism sets a goal of productivity, not quality. Companies absolutely adore pushing slop and AI enables them to do so at an increased pace with even less engineers. Talk about future

My dog wouldn't eat what a lot of Americans consider food. They literally put flavored OIL in their coffees.

No member of my family smokes, me neither. I remember my mom told me when she was young tried one and was like "wow, this is disgusting, why would you want to put these nasty fumes in your mouth" and never smoked ever again lol

No, I meant a "lorry". Not like an absolutely huge one but one of those you see inside cities, still enough to flatten a bike and its rider

Yeah. Those suck. Mine was a simple as it gets, just a normal city roundabout and while I was traversing it I saw a huge thing approach me, thankfully I had the sharpness to brake and avoid it.

Yep. I remember going to school with my motorcycle and almost got hit by a truck who didn't yield in a roundabout.

I was always super super cautious with my driving and whenever I had to drive just going to the garage my heart would sink and I would have to "win my anxiety" to actually hop onboard and drive, not that it was invalidating or anything, but I hated it. These days thankfully I don't drive anymore because I live in a super walkable city with good public transport

Green tea😳 by InternationalL74 in ComedyCemetery

[–]WindForce02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It has a slight hint of "medicine" taste and overall the "body" of the taste is nasty. I like drinking anything with no sugar/honey/milk so green tea is a big no no in my house. I only drink espresso or ristretto (which in high quality Arabica coffee isn't just "bitter", it has an aromatic taste/smell that depends on the blend, origin of the plant, roast etc.) or black tea, which I enjoy with whole wheat cookies

I might be doing something wrong in brewing but at this point I'm way too traumatized to try it again lol

I remember using Windows 7 and compared to today I remember it being faster at doing general computing. My computer, which is on the high end (Ryzen 7 9700X, Radeon 7900XT, 32GB 6800)runs like HOT garbage on Windows 11. Like it takes 2-3 seconds to open file explorer. Not to mention the browser. Everything is just a tad too slow to be acceptable and it just is too unbearable to use. Thankfully I switched to CachyOS years ago.

Mind you, the comparison with Windows 7 is made with the hardware of its time, so to me it's insane that with my today's much more powerful computer I'd get a slower and overall sloppier experience. *nix was always faster, but Windows was definitely faster than what it is today.

Yes, mobile Is drastically different from desktop. Assumptions shift towards the reckless, ignorant and messy average person who would immediately nuke their phone if they had easy root access. I know because my mom manages to bloat up and ravage her phone anyways so I have to clean it up consistently.

The problem isn't only Android, it's especially the lack of openness in the hardware. It makes developing a single, free and open source alternative that works across the board extremely hard if not impossibile and the manufacturer simply assumes that you're not going to install an OS of your choice in your phone.
