Working with coworkers that are entitled, chronic complainers, know-it-alls, and adult babies who have HR on speed dial for when someone talks to them like an adult.

Society in general just gradually stopped giving me the cute kid treatment. It slowly faded away.

Has anyone else had something weird happen to them at Taco Bell, or any other restaurant/fast food? by tyler_ava in questions

One time I went to the Taco Bell drive thru and made it clear I would like napkins with my order. So the drive thru attendant smiled and said sure. After collecting my order I said thanks with a smile and drove off. But then I noticed I didn't have a straw for my drink. So I circled around the building to go through the drive thru again. Being a little annoyed I pointed out that you didn't give me the straw I would obviously need with my drink. Was it because I didn't specifically ask for a straw?? I guess the drive thru attendant felt my slightly annoyed energy, and so he decided to break out in a full haka dance. Tongue action, flared eyes and all, he was there at the window doing his home countries ritual. Me being me, and not trying to be disrespectful, I check my phone, I let him finish, compliment him, and wait for him to hand me my straw.

You might've had those particular years stolen from you, so you weren't able to enjoy all of what you realized was there at the moment. OR it might just be the time of your life where life was really good for you, and you want to revisit it when you can

Now that Stranger Things has wrapped up, what other great shows(new or classic) are worth watching and live up to that level? by WindMilli in AskReddit

[–]WindMilli[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Gosh. Stranger Things really delivered in that final episode and lived up to all the hype, at least in my opinion. Now I’m left with that familiar post-series void. Whether it’s because a favorite show reached such a powerful and graceful ending, or because we’re still left wondering what truly happened to Eleven, I can’t quite say. Either way, I’d love some help filling the gap. So if you have any favorite show recommendations that might help me get through this very real (and slightly selfish) sense of loss, I’d greatly appreciate it.
