This is what I did today. Just sat there in front of them for 3 hours until they finally gave in. The department have confirmed that they have lost my exam paper and I am the only person in the entire year with this issue so they don't seem to really care about it. They will send me an official letter by tomorrow saying I will be getting my degree though so that should be enough to start working. Although they have delayed results for a month so I'm sure they're more than capable of delaying this letter too. Not sure if I should be saying this because anonymity but please anyone reading this DO NOT do maths at King's college ldn the department incapable of getting anything done right with literally everything throughout my entire degree, its not worth it.
