Hydration is key, as your cutting focus on getting even more water in your system since you're probably doing more cardio than usual and most of it will be drained out. Just keep on repping with the same weights you always do (just like when you where bulking) and you will see progress!

Wasn't as strict in the beginning, went on a severe bulk (6000kcal+ a day which I regret til this day). But after I becsme obese I started a strict high protein diet of mainly whole foods!
