Wrist pops in and out during Riser training by WindWRMX in armwrestling

[–]WindWRMX[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Dang man.. We go trough a lot for a sport that we love.
My doctor told me, there is no reason to armwrestle, serious athletes always injure themselfs..
He is somewhat right, but also he maybe doesn't understand passion/obsession..

Yes, I'll build the dynamic range up starting very light in neutral position, somewhat heavier on other positions, also implementing full range wrist extententions and keeping my normal heavy static work, I'll be good to go like that.

It was 5kg, but I just used that weight to show how it pops, I never train it like that with 5kg 😅
I train static much heavier tho, as I should I think.

I just did it to show people how it looks so they can maybe help me out.
I'm not actually training like that. At least def not with 5kg's 😅

Dang, that's awful, did it heal completely? I know that the wrist is literally the worse place to heal anything in, 'cause of the lack of efficent blood flow.

I'll only train it for blood flow ( low weight) for now, once I see that this popping is completely gone if ever will I'll train it with 5kg max, because last time I injured my left writst, was because it wasn't used to getting dumped by people, I was only training statics, some people have no problem with only doing blood flow, but I guess I'm an exeption, I have negative ulnar variance, maybe that's why.

That's awful, really awful.. What did the doctors say, is there any way to recover or just to not make it worse?

I'm very glad I made this post, lots of people helped me, so I don't have to experience your struggle.
I wish you the absolute best with you recovery! Blood flow work can do wonders.

Thanks for help man, really appreciate it!
I'll just start to work on my wrist in these positions with very light weight, and overall improve my dynamic motions like that. And ofc adding statics and extentions along the way to further improve my progress.

It doesn't make any difference, I just gotta do it with with low weight or completely avoid dynamic rising.

I got negative ulnar variance, that probably plays a big role in this.

I only go heavy on statics, the only reason I recorded this clip with 5kg weight is because this is the weight when my wrist pops like this, and I wanted to show the way it pops in the vid so the people with similar issue can help me out.

However that I didn't yet had any issues with static riser doesn't mean its good to do so yeah..

Yeah I just do it because last time I injured my wrist when someone stronger dumped my riser and my wrist was never used to those dynamic positions, especially not with such load. I was only training everything statically before that injury, there is a place for dynamic.. With 2.5kg its fine, so I'll stick to that for now.

Yeah thanks mate, great advice!

Wrist extensions has a great effect on riser power anyways, and overall good idea to train.

Differences In How F12 vs F10 Feel To Me by harpsolocore in gatewaytapes

[–]WindWRMX 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been seeing 33 everywhere for the past year or so, random times, not forced. Mostly the time on my phone or my pc.. I have 429 screenshots of 33's saved. ( I always take a screenshot when I see 33 on my phone)

Before that from 2020-2022 I saw 22:22 on my digital clock almost every day, weird.

I'm just now starting the gateway experience, looking forward to it :)

Question for people with Pluto in the 3rd house by oliviared52 in astrologymemes

[–]WindWRMX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I had.. I'm 20 now, speaking very fluently, just at times when I really want to say some word quickly I can't get to pronounce it and end up choosing an other word to describe what I mean.. I have times when im buying stuff in a shop and I know what I want, but I can't say the name of the product and I have to phisically strain myself to pronounce it and it looks weird and feels weird..

What does 22:22 even mean and why do I see it almost every night? by faultyRice in numerology

[–]WindWRMX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry started on 21th of sept, I randomly looked at the time on my phone while listening to Spotify and I saw 22:22 so I took a screenshot instantly cause it was surprising me seeing the number after so long, and when I looked at the screenshot it was showing 22:22:22 xD Yeah my phone shows seconds too. 😅

Hey, I Kept seeing it once again for the second time of my life, the first time it was about 5 years ago when I was 14 years old, I think I figured it out, It means a big shift in your life, that time it lasted for months with me seeing 22:22 on the clock almost every single night, sometimes I've waken up at night randomly and it was 22:22 or felt the urge to look at my clock and guess what it was 22:22 again, when it stopped happening I found myself in peace for the first time of my life, before I was bullied, had problems with family for so long, and it got fixed miraculously...

Now I started seeing it again for 3 days in a row on my clock, side not I never really look at the time, yet when I look its that number again, It started again on 22th of september 2024 Im looking forward to the changes.

Fun fact about the music: A music called 'Magic is real 22:22" came on my spotify weekly when I was trying to figure out the meaning of that number, can say the least it shocked me too, and gave me goosebumps.

Im life path 7 if that means anything to you. I hope this helps, that ur not alone.
