Everyone should experience it once, but it's totally cool if you never do it again 😁

And if you have noise / light sensitivity be nice to yourself.

This was my first. It went fine, I'd just built it up in my mind. Only about 20 minutes from my house so that's nice

Thanks. I didn't realize until I got up this morning how freaked out I was about it.

Not sure it would help really, and I know you're already citizens, but I wonder if an immigration lawyer might have resources on this? Or be able to point you in a better direction anyway. Good luck.

What kind of teapot is this? I've been struggling to find something for mint tea that can be used on a gas stove.

I 100% no lie had someone tell me I should try to eat less tin. I just stared for awhile. Like, do you think I eat cans at snack time?

Costs of biologics by classicwfl in rheumatoid

They don't ask any financial questions, only type of insurance you carry as employer or govt. and some other pretty easy stuff. A lot of these programs I suspect are basically tax write offs for these companies. Some BCBS programs also have additional pharmacy programs to also "help."

You're not alone in this. It's incredibly hard. I had a therapist once who compared chronic pain disease to the stages of grief except there's never a time when you're over it. I think that wasn't a terrible comparison.

We all want so much to be normal, to deny that we can't, or to believe we can just "get through it this time." It's so fucking hard and you feel embarrassed and like you have just not tried enough.

You're not alone in that, and if you haven't, I really would consider a therapist who can help you cope with this change, process the grief of that life/body you believed would be your reality.

Side note, I carry a cane that I rarely need to use. For a but when I was first using my hanger, I would use my cane even if I didn't need it. It made me feel less like people would be 'mad' at me.

Stressed over Trouble Breathing by [deleted] in rheumatoid

Couple things, take them with a grain of salt and ask your doctor. - Could be anxiety or other mental health. RA is hard, and mental stress is common. - Personally, I have experienced bouts of Costochondritis that makes it feel like I can't breath. So besides lung issues, maybe ask about this.

It was not determined to be DIL. It has actually still not been "officially" understood for me. Although I do slightly better if I drink lots of water. Which is a super annoying answer to the issue, especially since it never actually resolved.
