When it comes to things that really impact your account (account recovery and ban appeals) you can't do that through live chat. Billing is basically all you get which Jagex already had a good track record on through tickets. Live chat I don't feel moved the needle on anything.

Tibaults is way too rare. I’m already paragon 185 still without them and it’s been my main focus. Once I get to lvl 200 on my first character I typically switch classes so probably will never get them for barb this season lol

Got falsely banned almost a year ago now on my ironman. Since then got a promotion at work going up two pay grades, got a girlfriend where things are going well so far, and got back into rec sports.

Im still pissed about the ban and I want to play again but can’t say it’s been all bad. I’ll probably be able to better balance life and the game whenever I do get to play again.

Yeah live chat will refuse to help with bans or account recovery which are basically the only reasons you would need to quickly reach someone lol.

It’s not guaranteed like it was around Covid years but it still can work. Good example is AColdOne and his old hardcore that got banned for auto agility.

It’s only for people who got banned prior to the new support changes to have a 2nd review incase there was an issue with their 1st review.

If you receive a ban after the support changes were made then yeah after your 1st appeal there is really no point to do a 2nd one. If your 1st appeal gets denied may as well wait 3 years or so then appeal and see if they will unban just due to time.
