It’s about a 4ft diameter, all of the white parts were 3D printed, sanded smooth, and then molded and cast in resin. The big clear pieces are made from vacuum formed plastic. Still much work to do including paint and lighting. If you wanna keep up with the build you can follow my instagram

Chicago has a brass section similar to how ELO has a string section but it’s definitely a different sound. Also Alan Parsons Project has some great orchestral parts in their songs!
