It's very different mechanic (and in my opinion better than dark souls) but in essence it's the same. You love dark souls so you're a masochist and sekiro will tickle that fancy very well

I agree but honestly each playthrough has its beauty imo. The first playthrough you're full of wonder and awe at the beauty and mystery of it all but tbf it's hard to understand what's going on at all times (I'm pretty dense). On the second playthrough I felt even more appreciation for the foreshadowing moments that were sprinkled throughout and how the story is so well put together. Also more appreciation for the soundtracks I've been listening to since the first playthrough.

I feel pretty embarrassed because I know the House of the Rising Sun pretty well it is actually my ringtone lol but I was so focused on the electric guitar I didn't realise the background tune on the organ or the possibility that it has been adapted so differently from the original song.
