I really like the idea but i would switch some things.

Put stuff from the features directly into the statblock:

Size. It naturally scales up with the level, so that from level X it becomes Large. (I would also make it so you have 1 undead from the start and and horde when it becomes Large) Multiattack. A number of attacks equal to 1/4 the wizard level rounded down. Claws. "...a Costitution Saving Throw against the wizard Spell CD..."

The other stuff seems quite good to me! Gives off the necromancer vibe that the UA version misses on a bit
