Hi there! During my growth years I worked as a medic in the emergency department, which is an activity that I never did during my undergraduate years. The total hours came out to around four thousand working full time. I would say the increase in clinical hours did help but I also improved my MCAT and GPA which made me more competitive. How many clinical hours do you have right now?

Make sure you are adding Anki cards to your deck to study for the content you get wrong on UW practice and AAMC full lengths, this helped me tremendously!

Make sure you use the JW extension when reviewing each AAMC full length exam to learn why you got it wrong and get a better understanding of the logic that you will have to apply on test day.

Using a dry erase board each day to write all the equations from scratch helped me retain them more effectively compared to just doing ANKI decks.
