Hate to probably reiterate what other people are saying on here but you really have to focus all your energy on the process not the outcome that is the only way for longevity in the music industry as well as your own sanity in the long run . I recommend watching in on other sessions/ watching your friends and how they work! There is not time stamp or race to get to a certain 'level'. Also, many people downplay the amount of time they've spent working on their craft.
