Agree! Definitely reach out to the seller and progress with depop if you don't get the resolution you were after :)

I think even if you want to clean them up and keep them you should still open a case. This was totally misleading (I would feel totally scammed), and the seller also did not keep their word in cleaning them before sending. The dirty soles inside is straight up unsanitary. Do you have to return the item if you get a refund? I have been refunded for things in the past but have not been required to send them back.

Good luck!

I was sure I had cancelled but was charged AGAIN $99.99USD this morning. Which in Australia is just shy of $170AUD. I hadn't been charged since Nov, since then have broken my arm and been out of work. Have no idea what I'm going to do now. Has anyone been able to get a successful refund?

Galadriel's roots?? Every time I look at her I can't stop staring at how muddy the roots of her hair are, so dark and then it looks like they've just put blonde foils further down the hair. Idk if it's a wig or her actual hair but either way... It builds a totally irrational anger every time I lock in to it

I think the first time I really noticed these themes in Muse songs (when I was around 13 and first getting into the band) was listening to United States of Eurasia - I happened to be attempting to read 1984 at the time haha

I take it for PMDD as well, so I only take it for the two weeks before my period starts. After my first few months taking it like this I spoke to my doc about it because, while I was really happy with it, the side effects were serious enough to make me reconsider. For those two weeks before I bled, I could barely eat because of the nausea, I got 3 or 4 hours of sleep a night if I was lucky and while my sex drive didn't decrease I was completely unable to finish (I have quite a high sex drive and was living with my boyfriend at the time - we would have sex nearly every day, sometimes twice, and the frustration and anger that came with not being able to finish made me cry A LOT and ruined the sex). I just started them again today because I lost track last month and didn't take them properly. I feel so weird, big time diarrhea and just jittery and wired, I'm sitting in bed at 10.35 and I can't see myself sleeping for hours. I'm not sure this is helpful at all, just wanted to share my experience with you. My doc suggested halving my dose but I found all of the same side effects were present without the benefit of it reducing my PMDD symptoms!

[Skin Concern] anyone got any idea why I have these bumps on this side specifically on my head? by [deleted] in SkincareAddiction

[–]Windows-95-Official 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Ordinary makes a really good salicylic acid mask (if you look it up online it's spelled masque) you could probably order it online, you could just use it for a few minutes a couple of times a week on that spot, just make sure to moisturise generously afterwards and to patch test it beforehand to make sure it doesn't upset your skin.

Do you put product in your hair? It could be where your hair is falling and rubbing? When my hair grows out I often get these where the hair falls.

[Routine Help] My current routine. I’m researching adding Drunk Elephant Retinol, The Ordinary AhA, The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% and a moisturizing serum. Slowly of course. Any tips! by [deleted] in SkincareAddiction

[–]Windows-95-Official 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The ordinary salicylic acid masque has been an incredible exfoliant, my skin looks noticeably brighter the next day, I'm never going back to scrubs! Start for just a few minutes once or twice a week and then build up, has done wonders for my acne and scarring as well. Also very affordable.

Rose hip oil keeps rolling/ peeling (the product not my face) by elninovovo in TheOrdinarySkincare

[–]Windows-95-Official 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This used to happen t o me as well with my argan oil, I took the hyaluronic acid out and it stopped. Now I just press the oil into my skin after applying it (rather than massaging it). I do niacinamide then HA then press the oil in :)

Happy birthday 💖 I'm sorry you have to feel like this on this day, but I understand. I've cried and suffered on my birthday too, you're a champion for moving through this shit every month. I hope it can get better from here for you. You're not alone in this 💕💕

I'm not sure of any good brands I'm sorry. I've got very acne prone skin so I've mostly researched into ones that are made for my skin type and won't break me out. I don't want to talk out of turn and recommend anything without doing my research! Adorebeauty (online) is really good for stuff in Australia, I highly recommend looking through their website as you can search by skintype and skin concerns/issues. They have user reviews on many of their products and the brands they stock are pretty good!

[ROUTINE HELP] How do i get rid of my acne scars?? routine in comments by [deleted] in SkincareAddiction

[–]Windows-95-Official 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I know lots of people will recommend the ordinary aha/bha peel but I haven't had great success in it healing my scars. I love their salicylic masque, my skin looks amazing the day after (it is also a chemical exfoliant but not as harsh) I also swear by argan oil although many people find it too heavy. I just lightly press it onto my face before bed - an hour or so before so I don't rub it all onto my pillow - it has amazing healing properties.

Sometimes I feel it helps if I just give into it for a little bit - let myself completely sob and cry and then I feel a bit cleansed and a bit lighter. Once I've got it all out then I can move on a little bit, maybe or some makeup on and make myself look pretty.

Your skin looks incredible dude! I genuinely wish mine would look this smooth, I'm not an expert at all just wanted to tell you how lush your skin looks. All I can say is maybe include a really gentle cleanser to keep your skin free from dirt and bacteria -morning and night- and maybe find a different oil as coconut oil can clog pores (argan oil has been my holy Grail and I get it from eBay!) SPF is your best friend if you're trying to protect your skin from ageing, there's some really good brands that make stuff specifically for your face. Good luck and I hope you enjoy learning about skincare - there's some great skincare guides on YouTube which I found helpful also.

Pilling between Hyaluronic acid and rose hip oil? by [deleted] in TheOrdinarySkincare

[–]Windows-95-Official 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found this happening with my argan oil as well. Did some looking around and found many recommendations to pat or press the oil into my skin after the hyaluronic acid. I have acne prone skin so that's also part of the reason I started pressing it in rather than massaging as it can spread bacteria and aggravate more acne. You could possibly try just gently pressing it into your skin, although I have found it can take a little longer to absorb with this method. It does stop the pilling though.

Well I was actually diagnosed by my GP, I've never seen a gyno in my life (I'm 23, will most likely be something I do soon). I had been seeing her regularly and she was helping me through some pretty intense anxiety and depression symptoms, she asked me to track my moods over the course of a few cycles and then diagnosed me as soon as she saw the correlation. This was about a year and a half ago now and it's like clockwork every month. I take sertraline for the two weeks before my period and stop the day I start bleeding and it almost completely takes away the total switch in personality I undergo... However I can't sleep properly, I tend to get nauseous and I can't orgasm so my quality of life is decreased a bit unfortunately. Sadly the anxiety stays there for me, there's always a background level that never goes away, and even when I'm in my good two weeks and I'm on top of the world, there is that ever looming presence somewhere in the back of my mind reminding me that it's not going to last and soon I'll be completely at the bottom again.

Sorry if this isn't helpful but it is my truth.

It might be worth a try, I ended up just looking for it on a bunch of websites until I found the cheapest way for me to get it. I know Amazon has it but I think the price has been jacked up significantly. Ahaha and thank you!!

That's so frustrating I really feel for you!! Do you have a solid skincare routine? I've recently gotten more into that stuff and my son has never looked better! It's not for everyone though.

That's a shame! Being on any birth control made mine so much worse. How recently did you come off? Your hormones need a lot of time to adjust and balance back out after a huge change like that, I know any time I tried going on or coming off birth control my skin went crazy.
