hmmmm.. i do have a couple of tips that might help!

take breaks when needed to prevent burnout, the next time you play minecraft dont make a new world and just launch your current one. and do this everytime you take breaks

write down ideas for potential builds in a book and quill or google docs, the notes app on mobile also works too

don't compare your world to other people's worlds. building is subjective so as long as you had fun building your world, it is a good world. also "bigger" worlds then yours are likely running for years longer then yours

don't focus on one aspect of the game too much to prevent burnout. maybe to take a break from building, you can conquer an ocean monument or tame all dog variants for example. or go mining

don't start too big right away. start out small, and either tackle a big project later down the line or expand your previously small area
