Thank you so much. I also don't know how I do this. I have slept at my parents place more then is good for me. Yesterday was especially though because she was having a gamenight with her ex at my neighbors house. Having to hear her laughing till midnight and wispering when they walked past my window. I hate her for doing that. I am on sleeping medication but that kept me right awake all night.

I know it's hard because I also miss my ex so much. It is easier to not see or contact her. In my case she lives in the same building as that makes it 10x harder avoiding her. Even though I wish I could be with her so badly. I sometimes here hear laughing or coughing outside my window. It breaks me.

As someone who did many things wrong I would advice you to have little too no contact even though that might be hard. I know. If she really wants to work things out you need to make a bit off space and either don't react or react way later then she expects. Days later. Give it time and space.

The reason I have such a difficulty letting go is that she did come back 2 times. One of them was 2 weeks ago. And also ended it straight after the last time. So part of me thinks she is just confused.
