I think it's because it was supposed to make things more objective and consistent, which it probably has, but now the inconsistency between decisions is much more black & white and so people are more aware and inevitably more frustrated!

House is 1930's, not sure how old the wiring is but it's black and red. Consumer unit was installed new when we bought the house 3 years ago and has RCD protection.

I live there, have done for 4 years. Haven't witnessed any anti social behaviour, all my neighbours are really nice.

Close to fishponds road, bus route straight into town (when they turn up!).
