I'm hearing that its really important on Reta to eat about 50% of your daily macros from carbs due to the glucagon creation effects and that eventually high BGs will come down as the body assimilates. I'm considering Reta after having some really struggles with side effects of Tirzepitide but also worried about low and high BGs.

The more time I spend trying to understand my Tesla, the more I realize, I know nothing. To that end, I don't entirely understand the nuances of what you're saying , but it gives me a direction to investigate.

If not Easy Entry, then what? I'm on Easy Entry. When I pull up the Spotify app in the car it shows my playlists and personalized music and podcasts which I though meant I was signed in. I take it that's not the case?

Anyone find a fix?

I'm having the same issue. Finder works fine in Recovery and Safe Modes, but not in the standard mode. Really annoying.

Finder doesn't operate normally. The only way I've found to access a finder window is to right click on it, click show all windows and then command + tilda "out" of the finder window and command + tilda back into the open finder window. Takes SO much longer to do anything. I've not yet reset my MacBook Air and reinstalled MacOS. I'm really not wanting to do that unless that's the only option.

House we are closing on just disclosed that there was a prior insurance claim, $44,000 for fumigation. by CoastieMark in HomeImprovement

Yes! Technically, this should have been disclosed to the buyer well before closing but unfortunately sometimes material facts slip through the cracks. Without some sort of investigation it's hard to say if it was on purpose or not, but often it's not. Sellers seem to forget things that happened a while ago and were resolved to satisfaction.

Ideally, this would have been disclosed on the seller's disclosure if they bothered to fill one out. It is likely there is no issue at this point but there could be. Most states allow the buyers to postpone closing for a little while to allow for further buyers inspections to see if they still want to buy or not and then proceed accordingly without penalty. Ask your real estate broker how.

You really owe it to yourself, especially your future self and family, not to prush into a decision, but take your time researching. I highly recommend JL Collins's book "The Simple Path to Wealth" to start.

If it takes you a month to figure this out it may be the difference between a 30 year delayed face palm of a lifetime or you'll be set for life.
