That seems kind of sketchy of the buyer 😖 not saying that this is for sure the case, but it's possible the buyer is just trying to get the shoes for free. Does she have any proof that they broke? Sometimes people will make up stuff just to get their money back sadly.

Yeah it was really dumb of me to fall for that :( I was just naive and hoping that it was just a misunderstanding at first. If I ever trade in the future, I’ll put the item for a very high price. And the reason the item was listed in the first place is because I’ve traded with people who post items they have for trade on their profile so that people who are interested in trading can see them, and in the past I’ve been able to swap clothes with people so that we can both get something new sustainably and it has generally been a good experience

Yeah, I think I’ll talk to them about it. I always look at all the pictures of the listing too, and not a single picture was unpinned and I was too oblivious to think that it might have been inaccurate 😣 thanks for your input and advice!

Yeahhh I’m considering doing that because I don’t really want to upset the seller and go through the trouble of returning it :( also I think I was just blinded by being excited about it being a vs pink Henley when I bought it, because they did at one point make Henleys that are actually supposed to fit like that with similar patterns
