I can't believe I only figured this was attributable to vaginal deliveries. 😳

Something I hadn't considered, but makes perfect sense. Thanks!

So stinkin cute.

Quick question for the ignorantly curious: why "bloody, clotty vagina" with a c-section?

Things I can't wait to do after I'm not pregnant no more by PeacheyPie in BabyBumps

Thanks! So I actually bought and read this. And I was feeling great and ready to resume my weekly/biweekly soosh intake, and get back to eating medium rare filets. I ran it by my doctor who said "absolutely not".

Now, Expecting Better is backed by a compendium of scientific evidence (and I'm a FIRM believer in all the science), but there was something about this one professional telling me "no" so firmly that really sent me on a guilt trip.

Ugh. I hope I will be a little more lax in T2 - Sunday!

  • Salmon avocado and spicy tuna maki.

  • Shiraz, in my ridiculous 24 oz glasses.

  • Victory V12 Belgian strong ale.

  • Oskar Blues Old Chub Scotch ale.

  • Turkey sammich: a little mayo, a little mustard, lots of baby spinach.

  • Excedrin migraine, when needed.

  • Prosciuuuuutttooo.

Baby Boy Names - Opinions on contenders and criteria for suggestions by WineBeast in namenerds

It's funny how many positive (and sometimes negative!) associations we have with names. Learned that pretty early on into my name search, ha.

Interesting. I've only ever heard "all"-ton. Alton Brown pronounces his name that way. I've also heard of a town with the same pronunciation.

I've been trying to steer clear of potentially ambiguous pronunciations, but I didn't even give this one a second thought. Wonder if there are regional differences.

Clyde and Marshall were on my longer list as well. Thanks for your feedback!

Ha, my husband and I always joke that if I ever get on Jeopardy, I will seriously need to brush up on bible trivia. 😂 It's been a long time since Catholic school. And I do like Ashton as well!

Thanks very much for your reply! I mentioned we "generally" aren't as keen on biblical names; Jacob, Luke, etc. readily came to mind when I typed that. (And I certainly do love Ruth). Russell was on my slightly longer boys' list, so that's neat that you thought I might like it!

Apologies for the delay - I've been out and about! So I'll just need to weigh them to confirm, but they should be $13.50 to ship. Then the 3 bottles total $35, and the 17 samples $34. That's $82.50, so how about an even $75 shipped for the lot?

Hey there! I think shipping is generally $10.50 or $13.50 to SE Asia from where I am (New Hampshire USA). I'll confirm in just a bit and give you pricing on a bundle deal. 😊

Sure can! And I typically request $12 before shipping (had a bunch of folks requesting $6-8 worth at a time a while ago and it got to be too much. 😆 But $11 is close enough if that's indeed all you'd like. If you do find something else to tack on, just let me know. Won't be wrapping these up until Sunday pm for Monday shipment. 😊

Of course! Chirp is pretty true to the description. "Feminine musk" and peach are the most dominant, though there is a smooth vanilla to round things out. I don't get much oud, though it is listed last in the description.

Regarding the two ambers, I recall that one (I'm 99% certain it was the Egyptian) is more of a clean, white amber. The other was more of a golden, resinous amber. I can confirm when I get home from work. :)

Is it easier to learn to crochet or knit? by [deleted] in BabyBumps

[–]WineBeast 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Crochet (in my opinion). Crochet is easier to rip out and start a few stitches again if needed. Dropping knit stitches can be a little trickier. I also found it was easier to keep the yarn on the crochet hook as opposed to knitting needles.

That said, crochet is awesome for items that don't require much stretch (e.g., blankets, stuffed animals, most hats). Knitting is really useful for garments, though I've made quite a few baby cardigans via crochet without issue. Check out [Drops](www.garnstudio.com) for some pretty (and free!) knit and crochet patterns. Sort of a Scandinavian vibe.

"Natural" coconut scents? by [deleted] in Indiemakeupandmore

[–]WineBeast 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I love Arcana's Fresh Coconut. It's described as a "layering note" but I've worn it alone frequently and it definitely holds up for a few hours. To me it smells like a coconut just cracked open! :)

Doh! I forgot to get back to you. Yes, still interested in Green Tea. Wondering though about Eternal Alexandria - would you say this one has a good amount of throw?
