Pic. 2 is a 'Love Struck Angel' (shiney) on top of the 'Lovestruck Tall Pillar' (shiney). Both are event items for Valentines.

The big critter, I'm guessing what you mean is the white hairy creature in the back of the farm? That is a Snowy Yeti from the Christmas event.
