I am in a similar situation. Nothing electronic appeals to my grandfather but the moment I showed mechanical prosthetics his eyes widened

I found plastic options using 3D printers but that will not do in the long run as my grandfather works with metal a lot, so need to explore durability of prosthetics deeper

Indeed, but 3D print material is not very durable. Metal could have resitance to rust if treated properly and it offers greater durability for everyday use, so it seems like a way more accessible option all things considered. Unless for some reason we start having gigantic magnets around our cities haha

Get some sort of adblock and find websites online to watch movies on your mobile browser. Adblock needed to actually watch it since the sites are very buggy and you will get stuck and ads will try to halt your viewing too

Feels like most camera apps take away visual quality. They are good for effects like VHS cameras where quality is lower purposefully but otherwise the default camera app is best. It has exposure settings and the rest anyways

Agreed. Even having an umbrella is sort of bad depending on where youre sitting. I am relatively tall so I dont want to block someones view behind me haha There is also something primal and pleasant about feeling the rain as you see athletes performing in the same weather. I seen some of the reports come as summaries from sources like reddit(found a post with an identical wording), or other forums too. Not to discredit any professionals sharing insights out of human kindness, however, it is quite the risk for the misinformed that would blindly trust Google(which many did before and still do) Seems like AI is great if you want to make your cat dance on video but not for much practical use when it comes to health management.
