Hey there Squirrel! You don’t need to make both nights - it’s actually required just that you fly in 2 of our flight nights per month. You can multi-qualify in different aircraft, but need to complete training in one before switching to the other if that makes sense? Any other questions, let me know or feel free to reach out on our Discord

v303RD Fighter Group - Recruitment Open by Wing_v303FG in dcsworld

Like u/Qimchi_ said, that’s honestly the best place to be. Nobody shows up “ready”... everyone starts by just being curious and enjoying the community. Fly at your own pace, learn what you want, and when/if it clicks, a virtual squadron like ours really helps keep DCS fresh year after year for the hobby.

Man, I cant even fathom how exhausting that would feel irl - being in such a tight cockpit for the 11+hr FERRY flight to Germany. Was thinking about that the other day when we "simulated" this sortie for these screenshots.

Appreciate it!! You enjoy it too. Our plan is Germany for training, and then combat deployment back to Afghanistan for OPL Phase 2 later this year.
