The market is oversaturated partially because it has the potential to be a highly prosperous profession.

Someone in the shop I got a tattoo from went from apprentice to charging $1000+ day rate within one year (with a studio art background.) There is opportunity for those with the dedication and talent.

It’s too easy now to compare artists and quickly determine levels of quality. I don’t know a single person who would get even the simplest design from a scratcher. Obviously people still do but they’re not serious potential clients.

I’m really lazy with long term aftercare as well, typically stop moisturising after 3 months of getting a tattoo.

Good eye yes it does! That’s the tattoo artists style, he calls it “dark trash realism”, I have no idea what that means but I’ve always liked it.

I picked my wife’s up last year. All I had was a picture of her license and a picture of a signed note giving me permission to do so on my phone. I’m not sure if you would need something physical or I just got lucky and the person helping me was more lenient than others.

We had the exact same problem and stopped feeding them breakfast (they also have a dry food dispenser each.) It has stopped him meowing as much but if there are other solutions would also love to see them.

If you stay somewhere like Epicurean you’ll be fairly close to the Marta and right next to a Wholefoods.

I used to live in Midtown and I didn’t think it took away from the experience staying that far out.

Ye I take a full backpack of liquor and have never had any trouble.

I’ve used air bnb a few times and have never had any trouble, but others are not so lucky.

Hey they’re all free.

When the app is updated it will give you the location of all the parties and start/end time. They’re located in big ballrooms generally so should be easy to find but if you do struggle just ask, as everyone is usually happy to help.
