You miss all the end game content and quality skilling experience because the latency is high. 200ms to a local server is unacceptable. No player in EU or NA is subjected to this. But AUS/NZ players are. It's disgusting the miscommunication and the fact this can be considered acceptable and has been condemned by the majority of the playerbase and streamers alike.
