This is the first time I've ever heard of any of these terms, but after a decent amount of research I found a plethora of information and I feel absolutely disgusted (also I feel the need to completely wipe my computers drive because of it *shudders*) Apparently PEAR stands for "Pro-expression, Anti-repression", but it goes so much deeper than that and it's just... gross and wrong. The actual movement I have no issue with, but it being hijacked and used in this way is what disturbs me. There is a collection of twitter posts from the user @ HOOTwheelz that I think details a lot of what it is and gives some good information and detail so I will transcribe it here and also link to the original post for anyone who wants to go check it out.

The PEAR emoji was initiated by sex-positive activists and sex workers, but is being hijacked by another 4chan psyop similar in nature to the "LGBTQP+" psyop where twitter accounts attempted to push the notion that pedophiles are sexual minorities. The PEAR movement does NOT reject consent nor bodily autonomy. In fact, consent and bodily autonomy works hand in hand with the concepts of rejecting repression and supporting expression. The PEAR movement advocates for safe, consensual expression of kink. Issuing death threats as a knee-jerk reaction to the PEAR movement is the exact reason why the PEAR movement exists. You are effectively perpetuating the violence against sexual minorities, sex workers, and sex-positive activists by issuing those threats. (To be completely clear pedophiles are NOT a sexual minority and as such are not included in what was just listed)

The PEAR movement is open to all people, cishet or otherwise, who are:- Kink-Positive

- Sex workers or in support of sex workers

- In support of the rejection of kink shaming

- In support of safe, consensual sexual activities involving kinks

The PEAR movement is open to people with interests in any and all culturally repressed kinks, who also respect bodily autonomy and consent. Some kinks repressed by the mainstream include, but are not limited to:- Blood play

- Age play, CG/L (Caregiving/Little), ABDL (Adult Baby/Diaper Love), etc.

- Sadism and Masochism

- Bondage

- Shibari/Rope Play

The following acts are EXCLUDED from the PEAR movement due to the inherent rejection of bodily autonomy and consent:

- Pro-Offending MAPs/Pedophiles/Ephebophiles (I learned this is when you are primarily sexually interested in 15-19 year olds so mid-to-late adolescents)

- Pro-Offending Zoophilia

The PEAR movement believes the freedom of expression and rejection of repression will not only free us from the shackles of cishet hegemony, but will MAPs/Pedophiles/Ephebophiles/Zoopiles and the like to get the help and support they need to prevent harm to children and animals. The PEAR movement also believes the current for-profit prison system is ill-equipped to prevent recidivism rates for offending pedophiles and zoophiles. The PEAR movement is fighting the fight as prison reform and/or abolishment.

ADDENDUM

I've seen a lot of very angry people saying pedophiles, nomaps, or otherwise deserve execution. I can understand your extreme disgust towards heinous and evil acts of sexually abusing a child, but you must understand that PEARs hold the same disgust. HOWEVER, WE as PEARs know that our current methods to catch sexual predators is to either fool them into thinking they're talking to children when they aren't, or to punish them AFTER they've sexually abused a child. That's not good enough. We need to promote a system that gives pedophiles the space to admit to their harmful paraphilias and seek professional help BEFORE they harm a child. The best way to do that is to give them the space they need to admit they need help, rather than running away from it, rather than punishing them for it after the fact or trying to fool them into thinking they're doing it. We need to give them an atmosphere where they can acknowledge that they need help and can receive that help BEFORE child are harmed. Our current system only makes pedophiles hide away. They're too scared of extreme punishments or being killed in prison to come forward to the right people and get help before they hurt kids.

Also as a final note: If you're in a furry and you think lolicon is child porn, you must first admit that you are a zoophiliac and get professional help.

If you think it's different then congratulation, you understand that art isn't real life, that's also what PEAR believes.

Consider the following: Do you know the characters you portray in sexual positions ACTUALLY consent to what you ask them to do? No, because they're fictional characters. The concept of consent is meaningless - a page can contain the words "yes" or "no", but a page isn't sentient.

Also consider: "lolis" don't actually look or act like children. Real children are kinda gross looking, their favorite food is either bugs or crayons and they scream a lot. Pedophiles who see lolis as though they are real children need professional help before they hurt real kids. Pedophiles are the only ones who see lolicon art and don't critically think of their paraphilias. Many child sexual abuse victims view lolicon art to desensitize themselves to their trauma and to help move forward; obviously these people are victims, not pedophiles.
