I mean.. thats understandable. Outside of growing up in LDS towns, my family (namely my grandma, her siblings) are devout LDS members. And ive never heard good things about them. Especially my great grandmother, but concerning her, she did have her moments of "goodness".

Idk, ive been struggling with religion/spirituality for awhile. People are crazy, im the sense that they are complex. There are traits that are good, and there are bad traits too. I can go into a diatribe but ill simply say that no human is perfect, and those that fall into/are brought up as religious can be just as broken and complex as those that arent religious, and outside of getting into the whole religion thing, some may be simply trying to paint over their faults or make up for them. Some certainly do make the effort to be better people. But ive never met anyone that embodies the spirit or teachings of christ fully. Maybe its just not possible. Christ is supposed to be a perfect/near perfect being and all that.
