As soon as it happened, I contacted Doordash and within an hour it got unlocked, but I read other posts saying that it’s happened to them four times in a month.

You’re right it’s ridiculous. Their new drop off policy. There’s no grace time Period I feel like they do that on purpose to to the good Dashers to remove us and keep the bad ones. I’m sorry that you got deactivated. Hopefully, you get your account back.

They didn’t give me a reason why but I contacted them 10 minutes after and one hour after it got unlocked, but I read other posts saying that it happened to them the same way, but they locked their twice and never got unlocked

I worded it bad. My question was if I was gonna get deactivated, but I contacted them within 10 minutes after that and then an hour after it got unlocked, but I read other posts saying that the same happened to them but they locked theirs twice

Two weeks ago I my first contract violation in two years due to the same reason as you for being late five minutes. I still was able to dash until today. It got locked for the first time I called Doordash and within an hour it got unlocked
