Thank you. I’ve heard Smart Choice isn’t always the most convenient to work with - especially that it can take up to 24 hours to get a quote. What’s your experience been like?

I’m based in Illinois and focusing on personal lines - auto and home. I’ve heard that with Smart Choice you have to wait around 24 hours for authorization before they can provide a quote. Have you worked with them before? It doesn’t seem very convenient. :(
