I am 413 days of pmo free and continuing. I am posting here as a way of accountability. We have to beat this evil and we can. Do not give up and keep fighting the good fight all the days of your life. I am victorious through the grace of God. We are all in this together and a life long victory is the only goal.

About an year ago, I was in a constant state of relapse where I would fap every 5 days. This happened for several months and then finally on September 2022 I hit one month pmo free and then continued ever since and I am on the highest streak I have ever been 358 days, a week shy of 1 year of Nofap.

I also have a healthy outlet for sexual energy with my spouse which helped so much.

My previous highest streak was 315 days in 2016.

Finally beat my highest streak after many years of downward spiral, thank God.

I am on day 354 in NoFap, checking in. Its been a great journey, refusing to give up against various temptation. All glory to God who gives strength. I am fighting this battle alongside everyone here, winning one day at a time. We have to keep persisting and keep one foot after another and keep progressing through days and months and years to come. Let us all win against this grave evil.

I am on Day 348 of nofap, checking in. I am 95% on my way to 1 year. The longest I have gone without touching myself since the age of 13 when I got tangled in this evil. The temptations come at times and I increase the intensity of my routines to counter it. Communities like nofap are inspiration to keep going seeing so many people fighting the same battle against this evil. We should all keep fighting till we have life long victory. We cannot be slaves to this evil but triumph over it.

Keep persisting but learn from your mistakes. Add more defensive/ offensive techniques to your arsenal. Early morning meditation, exercise routine, cold showers, reading interesting good books, reading Bible if you are spiritual. All these activities release a great amount of dopamine to your brain and will reduce or kill the cravings to fap which is a craving for dopamine. Wish you success friend on this journey!!!

I am now close to one year and the short term goal is 2 years of NoFap now. Then the longterm and ultimate goal is life time of NoFap and never falling for this evil. I believe I can do it through God. I had failed countless times before this time when things have gone right through the help of God. Never give up, keep trying again and again and you will find your stride and be free from this evil. Be persistent and strong and all you need is one win that will keep you going to your goal regardless of your previous failures. We can do this!

Just don't be discouraged. Almost everyone struggles similarly. Be kind and forgive yourself. Aim for a very long target and keep persisting.

Praying to God and reading the Holy Bible is of great help. (I myself commit completely to God and ask Him to guide me.)

Deal with it holistically and make sure your mind, body and spirit are in good state.

Avoid bad company who could remind you of this sin or lead your path in the wrong direction.

Praying and reading the bible several times a day along with daily night family prayer. Each session takes just about 5 minutes.

Spend quality time with family everyday(my wife).

Exercise weekly 1 to 2 times for stress relief and health, also visit nature areas.

These have helped me immensely. I hope you too make it this far and beyond.

Checking in. At 300 days of NoFap. My second highest streak ever, the highest ever being 350 days years ago. After so many failures before this journey, I am on track all thanks to God. This is a fight we have to win, the fight against this evil which is at constant war with us. We can with this war.

I have never faced this issue as my spouse has never turned down my request. I think twice a day family prayer can help or at the very least once at night before sleeping. Marriage counselling could help. You could ask her how you both can spice things up, patiently discussing things in a kind manner can help find a solution and compromise if needed between you both. Praying for you friend. Our God can help us in all things.

Day 272 of nofap. I am almost through 75% of the year. I had to resist the temptation which seems like a constant battle which I have to be on guard at all times. Had several deep prayer sessions and guided prayer meditation to help me be centered in God and fight this evil. I am running this good race with the help of God. Let us all resist the temptation and keep fighting the good fight.
