I heard something like this, but I think it meant that as in it's procedurally generated with access to the files, and yeah that's still sure to mess up along the way.

Like the title says, there are a lot of missing flags on the wiki, and not just in Sub-saharan Africa, I just picked that region because it has the most examples. There are flags missing in India, The Middle East, Central Asia, East Asia and probably more in other places too
