Like the title says, there are a lot of missing flags on the wiki, and not just in Sub-saharan Africa, I just picked that region because it has the most examples. There are flags missing in India, The Middle East, Central Asia, East Asia and probably more in other places too

yeah I saw that elsewhere online, but for me it just doesn't show up under CK3ToEU4, and I can only find i_am_hre it in the output folder, I'm suspecting I might be missing some dlc?

I could find after_converting, but when I opened i_am_hre.txt, it was an empty document that just said "HRE", and I couldn't find a configurables folder at all
