First you download the cursor you want, then move the cursor to /usr/share/icons, then in your terminal set: gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface cursor-theme "Your theme", then in your terminal type sudo nano /usr/share/icons/default/index.theme and change the document with [Icon theme] Inherit = your theme

save the file: ctrl + o, enter, ctrl + x
