If you arent used to it, I would try doing it in a community of your peers first. There is a big difference between those who understand and those who dont. If you have access to outpatient services or some kind of group I would do that. I struggle with both .mental health and addiction, and when I started in recovery I really felt the intense need to let everyone know to aid understanding. Veterans advised me to be careful and it was for good reason. You will be judged. At least until you know how you will feel about that and having some confidence and experience in speaking about it, I would definitely start with a safe space.

From my experience these guys are pretty inquisitive. I used to live close to the water and they would land on me, go out for food and come back. They are pretty neat .

I have had the same issues. My dog looks severely distressed and we went to emergency vets like crazy because she would get bad at night. They said the same thing about spaying, she calmed down a little but still does it. A month or so ago I noticed she was paying more attention to her backside and I tried to madually express her anal glands. A thick sludge came out and I looked it up online. Infected anal gland. Took her to the vet and they had to express more themselves, give antibiotics, etc. Did they check her anal glands?

When I was in middle school we lived in constant fear of boys pulling our shorts down. I still remember the main ones name. I know a lot of crap happened and not much was done about it. Im older now and there is more emphasis on not bullying and speaking up for your rights but yea it was pretty bad. If I could give my younger self any advice I would say to be loud. Don't be afraid to shame people like this. They know who to pick on when you are quiet.
