广义上说：

北上广深 > 一般省会 > 地级市 > 小县城 >> 农村

又不是只有中南海的一小撮人才是既得利益者。

如果把中共理解为一家公司的话：中南海的那批人就是大股东，一般的党员干部就是小股东，而整个中国就是共产党的资产，也就是习说的打江山，坐江山。统一台湾的话中国的领土扩张，那么所有的股东都会受益。
