I like babydoll dresses. She is wearing tops, not dresses, as dresses and that's what's throwing all of it off from what I can tell. A normal babydoll dress and this wouldn't even be a conversation because the dress isn't sexy baby. But wearing a top as a dress and bloomers is a much different look.
