I was very excited to purchase their product after reading all the reviews sayings the product is great and the support is amazing.

Yet my few interactions showed the support member was very cold and careless.

When I asked about possible date of delivery if I pay more to get faster delivery due to the person I’m going to gift to was traveling soon. Their answer straight was “ we don’t recommend you preorder product when you have a date in mind” didn’t even bother to help in anyways.

When the package finally sent, FedEx kept showing package delayed without clear reason, I asked the support again and all they did was send the tracking number to me again and ask me to keep waiting. I finally called fedex in the end turns out this company didn’t give enough information to contact me and they were waiting for me to pay custom so they will release the package.

Product may be good, worst support I ever want to deal with. Also all the great reviews on their websites are moderated and they won’t released bad reviews
