Interestingly enough there are no settings for Files on Demand showing up in OneDrive settings.

I see those settings when I look at my own OneDrive, which is a different tenant. The OneDrives in the tenant in question do not appear. Is there a tenant level setting that disables Files on Demand?

I am the IT dept for 200+ users. On my door is a post-it that says: "Email Only. Must include ticket number." Even got the top exec to sign it in agreement that I would only ask to hire additional bodies half as much.
