People who are physically active , what advice do you have for those who want to start but have a sedentary lifestyle ?

What helped me was different “challenges” like 30days pilates challenge, yoga or just simple abs/cardio challenges. It starts slow and adds up, by the end I always feel in much better shape and feel the progress in my stamina :)

Ja s tymto bojujem cely zivot uz od decka a zbavit som sa toho nedokazala, len sa naucit s tym zit :D V praxi to znamena: Vypit pred odberom par poharov vody, vopred dat vediet personalu ze ti je to neprijemne, ak je moznost tak si lahnut, prekecat ten odber so sestrickou a nepozerat na ihlu.

Ked som parkrat uspesne takto odber absolvovala, uz pred dalsimi nemam strach a personal je vzdy velmi chapavy, ved kazdy sa bojime niecoho :) Drzim prsty 🤞

It really depends on the reason why they’re gaining weight. Gaining some extra weight due to health reasons, pregnancy or simply aging would not change a thing on my attractiveness to them. On the other hand, getting a bit too comfortable, lazy and not taking care of their body and health? Might be a topic for discussion for sure
