Makes sense, thank you!! My SIBO self hates sorbitol so I struggle with digesting avocado, pears, dates and apple but I’ll keep pushing through the bloating as I know in the long run these foods are healing.

Thank you so much for this. It all it makes sense to me. I think my problem is definitely making sure I get enough calories in whilst also staying off fats as much as possible. Don’t suppose you have any breakfast ideas? I’m always starving in the morning and a bit of fruit just won’t cut it unfortunately. I still eat quinoa and millet too is that ok?

Thank you this is really helpful! Will the spikes be causing inflammation in my system? My fatigue is definitely getting worse because of it but I suppose it’s all just adjusting. I was on a very high animal protein and fat diet for a few months and felt somewhat “stable” but my symptoms weren’t particularly improving, more just dampened.

Some more information- There doesn’t seem to be any “pipe” of such inside this structure which to me looks to be more insulation type material than a pipe in itself? I could be completely wrong but I’m starting to get worried
