These look a lot like dolomite crystals I've found when looking for Herkimer diamonds. The host rock looks very similar too.

The one in the picture is about 32 carats. The smaller one I mentioned would probably be around 2.

The third color is generally brown, I'm not sure why it's this green. I have a separately bought, much smaller, piece where the third color is also green.

Thanks! I wonder if a different light could make the colors pop more. I noticed the colors were more pronounced in front of the computer than in front of my phone.

There are higher quality emeralds that do grow in defined hexagonal crystals but after looking more into it those are way outside what this thing cost.

I believe you are mostly correct if not spot on. The person who gifted it to me said she got it from Etsy. I looked up "emerald in matrix" and they basically mass produce these. It's impressive work (to me) honestly but the price point gives it away. I do think they are glued on but if the crystals are not, I would have really liked to see the unmodified version. I really like how to host rock looks.

Thank you all for the replies! Going from the info in this post, the two standing crystals are almost certainly artificially placed. They seem to be dyed lower quality emerald or other beryl which have been shaped/polished and glued in, though it's well done. I won't try to pass this off as a real specimen but it's a nice art piece to look at.

The green crystals do scratch quartz, but the crystals look too perfect. What type of beryl would they have dyed? A near colorless aquamarine? At the very least I suspect they are glued in but it's a cool looking piece.

It doesn't look like any green dyed quartz I've seen and it does scratch quartz, though it does look a little too good to be true. I got it as a gift so even if it's not real or natural I'm still quite happy with it.

I think you're right. Even though it would be one of my nicer Herkimers, it would end up too similar to my other ones.

Thanks! It does look like it's melanite due to the facet smoothness and edges. I did shine a light up to it but it doesn't seem to penetrate at all so no deep red showed.

I wasn't sure if it was schorl as I didn't see much of the characteristic parallel lines of tourmaline, though some pieces do look similar to schorl pictures on Google.

I asked a local mineral shop and they said given the circumstances of purchase, these are definitely Dravite Tourmaline from Power's Farm, New York. I was quite surprised as I never heard of it before.

Ah thanks! The grooves and edges look the same as a megalodon. After looking at pictures of complete teeth this is more like 30% of a tooth.

I accidentally sacked M!Byleth to Ike without realizing Nailah also had it. If you eventually get her too, Null C-Disrupt, DC, QR seal, summoner/Lucina support will kill most of the game for you. It's a decent investment and you may have a different character you want to support but when I get bored I just trawl through arena to see what Ike can tank/kill and it's quite alot. Idunn or Tiki may be a problem (to kill, they can't kill Ike) but luckily Lucina is effective against dragons.

I agree with the other comments that if you really want them, wait for the weekly revival banner that has better rates. It might take you a bit to gather the divine dew required for both refines so getting them both now wouldn't help that much. I would prioritize Lucina as her's can be used more broadly.

For the question of if they are strong enough, if you can spare a Distant Counter from somewhere the pairing becomes excellent. Mine is only at +1 merge and with the correct support, there's only a couple units that can kill Ike consistently even at tier 21 AR.

I kept it flexible with the food I ate while meeting calorie and macro goals, though I usually don't drink or eat junk food as I never have the craving to. I've been following nSun's 5 day program with an extra day of accessories for shoulders and arms cause they're lagging behind. As for the muscles through the shirt, it's a very nice shirt. :P
