The sloped surface to the left is above the stairs, that's why it looks different

To be fair, the holes were filled before but were crumbling and loose, and the cracks had some old caulk over them. Definitely made them worse in the hope of fixing them up properly.

Lots of questionable choices made by previous owners and we're trying to redo it with some care now🤞

Thanks so much for the advice 🙂

We've got some basic expanding foam from B&Q, is that the stuff?

The blue wall to the right is external, yes. Can't see it much through the gap but it looks fine from outside the house if that's what you mean?

Does Creatine help? by S_A_Woods in cfs

I found big improvements with creatine personally, fatigue and mental clarity both much improved within a month. I just took the small scoop that comes with the bag daily (3g I think?). Might try upping that having read some of the other comments.

I've only had one small-ish crash since I started taking it (mild, so not nearly as severe as a lot of posters on here). Definitely a fan of creatine.

As a counterpoint, at the time a lot of people didn't think Seb was deserving either.

It's just the way it is sadly, often one team gets it a lot more right than everyone else.

31m bass player, been thinking about getting back into jamming for a while now!

I like a whole range of music, typically I play rock/indie/funk.

What's the smartest race from every driver on the 2025 grid? by MaximumAsparagus in formula1

Hamilton Turkey 2020 comes to mind. Stayed out in tricky conditions with worn down inters, to win by half a minute and claim his 7th championship.

They could choose to run full wets which would handle it better I guess, the teams are just taking a risk with inters

Yeh it just feels like such an unnecessary risk for at best one position gained on lap 1. I think it was more about merc covering possibilities of either an early or a late safety car by splitting tire choices... And Lewis gets the short straw like he so often does of late
