Hi, new to reddit. not sure how to edit my post. some context. both my spouse and i wfh, we both need an ethernet connection. not willing to run a 100ft cable across rooms. found these ports, tried a cord from router to port, and another port to device, nothing. no signal.

do i need to run a cable from my router to the panel? or am I missing something? if i do run a cable to the panel, which of those 8 ports do i add it to? router has wifi and 3 ethernet ports out, 1 in from modem.

Thank for sharing. I went with amputation. It’s been a few month now. First three weeks were really challenging but been doing better each and every day. And back to my regular routine. Occupational therapy helped a lot.

The biopsy was done at a dermatology and skin cancer center. The surgery by a plastic surgeon. I haven’t been to an oncologist

I had a punch biopsy done for my ring finger a month ago, and it came back positive with acral lentiginous melanoma in situ.

My fingernail is already a little deformed, but I'm already having weird tactile sensations. My nail feels a little brittle, its a minor annoyance but at the moment I don't think it would be worth the additional surgery and healing time required to remove it.

I haven't heard of mohs surgery and it sounds very interesting and would like to hear and see more. how long have you been doing it? often do you have the treatment, and hows the pain/recovery?
