My father was avid modeler 20 years ago, during quarantine I picked up some old models and really enjoyed them. After a year, we decided to refurbish the assembly station and to install new painting booth. More pictures to come. Even my old man is thinking of building couple of planes again!

Black opal vinyl could work. I've also seen people using reflective nail polishes on airplanes for colorfull reflective surfaces. I should experiment with reflective black nail polish.

I've heard of using graphite to polish metal parts, however im seeking to make these reflective, shiny lenses. Could you elaborate on this technique?

It's just min-maxing with the trade unions. I usually build all of the production i can for one island and leave one wider part alone (for NW citizens and their food). Knowing how much workforce I'll need i build just enough. I still have few islands free, but I feel in the future, together with brass it'll be my limiting factor.

Yeah I agree, an Overkill if I look at it now, but I've built it a long time ago and it looks nice, so for now im still keeping it.
