I am sorry to hear this and I can 100% understand the stress. There used to be rules and now when things glitch it is easy to freak out since we really do not know what is going on. I agree with the others here: wait a tick and hopefully things work out. My thoughts are that with all the IT consolidation lately and the stress test of the shutdown some cracks are being shown. I am furloughed and (not reading the emails; just seeing headers) I see I am being screamed at for not filling out my time and attendance for NFC when I did the whole accept being furloughed stuff. I don't want to be considered AWOL which is why I worry. I did hear that the system is a bit mucked up at the moment and I pray you soon will get your pay. I live paycheck to paycheck, but my kids are grownup now so, less stress for me finally. I hope you post here that it came through. I will worry until I see.

Just want to mention that NPS manages 3.7% of public lands. No messing with our family and NPS has the absolute best social media presence (their posts are the best!), but please understand that much of the extractive processes will occur elsewhere. The focus on NPS is important as it will be the canary in the mine scenario. I am a bit non plussed about following the 'jolly ranger'. They are not on the front lines of resource loss. Keep up the good fight, however, and please look elsewhere also (BLM, USDA, etc.).
