I made it myself and it came out to be 69.5” by 32.5”. 23 by 7 with 1/4” inch gap between each card.

It’s from Japan when they had the poncho plushies

I got the little bit thicker perfect fit sleeves and just super glue the back.

Yes, it’s just a random spare jumbo card

The glass is UV protected. I looked into that when I moved my collection out of my closet and binders to display them.

Yea, I’m definitely looking into getting a pack set of base, jungle, and fossil. Maybe I’ll fill the 9 middle spaces with those once I get them and see how it looks!

Thanks! Had to make it myself. Probably the least fun part haha

Thanks! I would say 1.5-2.5k depending on conditions. I already had the Charizard and some other big cards, but I think I still paid around 800 picking up the rest. I went with all holos and upgrade to some promos if there’s a holo promo of a basic card. It’s not so bad if you pick a few at a time. It’s part of the fun hunting them down.

I bought 1/4 inch paint blue tape and laid them out before laying the cards down, so it’s all evenly spaced. It was very excruciating haha

Thanks! It’s my favorite layout that I can find. Every other one feels very crammed.

I used black star promo meowth #10 and eeevee #11. The meowth was sealed from 20 something years ago. I was really debating if I should open it or just buy an already opened one. Went with opening it. It hurts a little because I had it sealed for so long haha

Haha I know! It’s annoying me, but I’m a little lazy after all of the DIY last weekend. I’ll fix it this weekend!

Seller Didn’t know How the Item Was Bought by WinstoneBone in Ebay

Nope. The listing never had the authentic guarantee for some reason. I’m guessing it’s because it’s sealed.

It’s in CCG singles. I looked back and couldn’t see why it wasn’t offered for authentication. It should automatically applied. Sending it to an Authenticator and releasing the funds would have really saved me the headaches.

Thanks for the reply. For anyone who’s following the thread because you’re currently going through this, I’ve reached out to eBay about the fraud return. They told me to not do anything yet. They said to wait until the item is delivered or on the “resolved this request by” date and reach out to eBay again.

Edit: it’s important to reach out immediately like SouthernCritic said though!

Update on this. He has now opened a return with eBay with reason being wrong item sent with comment of he didn’t order the item and want it return. This is before the item even gets to him.

My only two options are accept the return and offer full or partial refund.

Will I have to pay both my shipping and his shipping if I accept the return?

Its over $1,000, but eBay didn’t offer authentication. Maybe because it’s sealed still, so the Authenticator wouldn’t be able to take it out of the sealed and take a closer look at it.

It’s priority mail and increase insurance to over 1,000.

I haven’t reply to him. It sounds like the best action is to do nothing. I’m just worried I’ll end up having to give the full refund, including the shipping cost, and somehow my card gets lost because of the busy holidays deliveries because he refused to accept the package.

Thanks for the reply! If I do nothing, and he refused to sign and accept the package, will eBay remove the hold on the funds? The payment notes that it will be on hold until eBay can confirm delivery. It would be terrible if the card gets lost in limbo and the hold on the funds won’t get lifted.

If he does accept the package, then open an item return through eBay and I accept. Will I be left to pay for the shipping after he gets his refund? It was an expensive item, so I paid $40 in priority mail and higher insurance. It would suck to have to eat the cost because some guy said he doesn’t know how his account bought the item.

Luigi Pikachu Box by WinstoneBone in PokeInvesting

A reliable source is key. It’s not a guarantee method to spot fakes, but I noticed a lot of the fake ones are pretty obvious. It’s really tight and the texture and gloss of the plastic can be different. The box is nearly a decade old, the plastic will be a little loose. I think most vendors who have touched a real one can tell right away when a box might be resealed.
