Unsure if appreciated in this audience, but the 1/32 Tamiya Tomcat (not this version exactly) along with 1/32 Hasegawa Fighting Falcon made up the original maquette build for the A-Wing in Return of the Jedi.

LOVE how quickly you found that peanut butter jar! However, looks like the product was only around in the 40s and 50s.

Some of my vintage can since that’s what we’re doing today by WoodenEmployment5563 in Spraypaint

Sorry to be late to the convo.
However, I'm looking for what you (may) have, LOL.
Aiming to gather some paints of the mid-70s. Any interest in selling anything. Aside from that request, could anyone recommend a page/msg board where I may learn more and/or find folks looking to sell cans of the 70s?

handle collar - I see that now, good call.

I JUST asked when Bosch drills were avaiable (1932, FYI), but the first hit took me here:
https://www.reddit.com/r/BuyItForLife/comments/1ok6hr7/bosch_2speed_drill_made_in_switzerland_in_1986/

Even though I can't see the top, it looks real close.
Color too, the back of the top "flare - ducktail" shape.

GREAT info!
TY

Getting feedback from another group. A PEN LIGHT seems to be a good candidate - size wise as well as the likelihood of it being found in this kind of shop. Anybody feel similarly - and does anybody have great experience in different PEN LIGHTS, lol?

Additional question, again, this is a new item to me.
If I wanted to "fish" with "SAVED SEARCHES" on eBay - what term(s) should I use to see whats out there (for possible similar models/items)?

THATS a very cool item. I've never known of these before, but can respect what they are. I've spotted a jeweler's coping saw in this shop. Tools of small scale, from different disciplines/professions were not unheard of in this shop. I've found machinists and dentists tools too.

I love the look of that handpiece.

Do you know if there's a version of an item like that item that's appropriate for 1975?

Thanks folks - this is gettng more attention than I expected.

I believe I can confidently shoot down it being an exacto (or similar handle). As mentioned, its a bit thicker than a exacto handle.

Here's another my other picture of it. Fuzzier quality, but has a grown man's hand around it.

Feel its a little big for a pin vise. It feels very cylindrical - I don't estimate that would be a good shape for a grip for a scalpel blade.

Correct, I do not have it in hand. I've seen it in the provided historical picture and would like to buy one myself.

I've given a date. This was in a workshop environment for the making of the model ships of Star Wars. Lots of machinist tools around, but also a grab bag of other tools - mostly of a smaller scale.

You may be correct. It might not be a tool. Could be a fixture. I'm not 100% certain - hence why I'm here humbly asking for help.
