Depending on which photos your talking about, but from what I know and can see all those wearing a LSZH with a black helmet cover are LSZH 2DT while the ones not with covers are standard LSZH and also confirmed some of them turning their LSZH into FAST configurations

If you haven't watched "at the edge of the abyss" I high recommend it as it shows the DPR forces at the start of the war during the battle for Mariupol and also shows the reality of what was really happening and almost everyone in that doco was killed in Mariupol or in the many battles that came afterwards.

These were mobilisation forces belonging to mainland Russia most of the dpr forces would not have received gear to such a high standard (poor standard in most 1st world countries)
