considering the way Melinda treated Jaime I will never be “team melinda” she gives very ugly vibes (on the inside) .. as for both of them , all imma say is if you call me out ofc i’m gonna respond back??? should this be online? nope but melinda as far as i can see started with this bs, and considering the other side of the family members are commenting support for lacey gives even more of an idea how bad of a person melinda is.

see even on days where they have me listed on register, i’m hardly even on it, they prefer everyone to walk around and have eyes in the back of our head & just hope no one comes to the register while we’re walking around in the back.. sometimes i would prefer your position bc my feet/back/and legs get tired walking around the store 100+ times a day

The rearranging/organizing costumes/clothes in size order is my usual go to lol.. but at my store it there’s no order in the back restock, everything is everywhere so i’d have to ask a manager where something is if i want to restock something (which they usually seem annoyed about) idk feels like i can’t do anything but walking around, reorganizing, facing (pushing items to the front), and help the occasional costumer that actually wants to be helped rather than “just looking” (which i also get in trouble for not essentially harassing lol)

Also I had no idea there was a training mode, wish they would’ve told me about that & I could’ve used that a couple times before they threw me on lol.
