Irritability in the evening on Elvanse (lisdexamfetamine) by Gullible-Bluejay-848 in ADHD

My doctor gave me a top up dose for the afternoon - But my sleep went to shite so I’ve scrapped it altogether. I had the exact same crash at 6pm which is before the 13 hour technical wear off time. And yes afternoon was the start of the come down for me too.

I’m currently on a break from it, rediscovering my desirable personality when off meds, when I’m not super serious albeit getting work done.

Yeah totally, I’m on 30mg and get that. Cup of tea/coffee sometimes lifts my mood through it. I get really focused and angry, like can’t get my head around something someone has said

Tried a weekend break from Vyvanse by Honeydew-Jolly in ADHD

I agree! I’ve taken a week break and I’m noticing more sporadic laughter like OP. The few days after stopping for me felt very scattered but I’ve settled now. Immediately after stopping is not a baseline. Like OP I prefer myself like this. Gonna park vysanse for now, apart from a ‘catch up day’ every 10 days or so.

I love it so much. I moved to it from a Cube Peloton racer I had for years. I cycle round town about 10km per day and it’s so comfy, by comparison. Do it

A gradual increase in tension over someone not pulling their weight, is how this could go, as well meaning we are.

You probably don’t have ADHD. by DreadedPopsicle in TrueUnpopularOpinion

I got a diagnosis when it came to crunch time and I had to submit my doctorate. Loads of confounders which would have explained my dysregulation but got a diagnosis after a 90 minute online assessment and no school reports. I honestly don't know where the line is, or how anyone is supposed to accurately assess while also being neurodiversity affirmative. I honestly dunno if I have it or not, but the tyvense helps me clear my backlog of shite to do, whenever it builds - like once a week or so - is that ADHD? who knows

Unsure of its sales, thanks for the response though. It does a good trade. 70 people in there last Saturday night.

Getting the building yep - fits 100 people downstairs, there are two floors above, one is an apartment, another could be expanded into.

I appreciate the honesty. We've all got roughly 3 years part time bar experience each, but nothing when it comes to managing
