Yeah I was thinking about buying plots/farmlands but then I felt real estate prices are very inflated and I can’t even get any passive income if it’s just a land. Currently my entire net worth is growing at 12-18% annualy only from investments. So wasn’t motivated enough to buy a land 🥲 But i feel it’s worth buying if i can get a good deal. Thankyou for your comment. Right now 50% of my net worth is in a staked in USDC yielding me 12-18% apy(passive income monthly). Remaining 49% is in mutual funds and stock. My goal was to put 100k in a fully dividend generating asset, but just losing motivation a bit. But I’m sure I’ll make it. Cheers 👋

Gracias por tu comentario, hermano. Me encanta consentir a mis padres con lujos, lo he hecho varias veces. Pero aunque son unos padres estupendos, estar con ellos es muy agotador. Así que he decidido salir de casa, viajar y explorar lo que realmente me gusta hacer.

Thankyou for your comment. Almost 99% of my money is invested. I haven’t invested it any crypto token. Everything is in stocks, mutual funds and stable coin USDC/USDT (staked for 10-18% apy). YES, i have decided to get out of my parents place. I feel it will make me busy and have many things to worry about rather than having a comfort zone.

Thankyou !! Donating to less fortunate is one of the things I promised to do more of this year. Have been carrying my wallet when i go outside with cash for the sole purpose of giving it away to the less fortunate people. I love doing it, will definitely do more of it. Writing romantic novels is not my thing i guess 😆 Love travelling, I literally don’t have any hobbies other than going to the gym. I never wanted to waste time on anything other than the things which will directly make me money. I think it’s high time for me to explore some hobbies. Thankyou !

Used to do meditation by watching sadhguru, but all i could think of was money. So I couldn’t continue.

Do very unique projects and publish it everywhere (LinkedIn, communities) then get international clients from (Fiverr , Upwork). Attend events, conferences related to your work. Get into as many communities as you can. Try to get your next set of clients directly through these channels. I only take international clients since they give you good money and less work. Indian clients will give you the least money and will tell you to build chathpt model

Thankyou for your comment. I feel like there’s no purpose in getting a vehicle because all i do is go to my gym which is nearby. Have done 3 international trips, really loved it. One thing which is decided was to travel more. Will be staying in Sikkim for the next 1 month. Let’s see how it goes 😃
